A good 75 pages of this Manual are devoted to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This is, of course, the Missal that was in use in 1889, not the "New Mass" of 1969, and not quite the Missal of 1962 (though it is the Traditional Mass of the Roman Rite, as the 1962 Missal is). However, much of the information is still valuable, even for those who assist at the New Mass.

The Devotions for use during Holy Mass are especially worthwhile, and the first three sections present a wonderful summary of what the Holy Mass is and how one should approach it, a summary that is applicable whether one assists at the Traditional Mass or the Mass of Paul VI.
