This book, prepared and published by order of the Third Plenary Council of Baltimore and bearing the Imprimatur of James Cardinal Gibbons, is a wonderful book chock-full of great devotions and prayers. I recieved this book from my Grandmother for Christmas 2000, and it has been in our family for a long time. I was blown away by the quality and quantity of good Catholic material in this book, and so were many of my friends. "I need a copy of this book!" was exclaimed many times. So, I have chosen it as the first book to be posted at The Catholic Library. It will eventually be moved to the main documents collection, under the Third Plenary Council of Baltimore.

This project will not start at the beginning of the book. The most useful parts will appear here first, namely the sections devoted to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Visit to the Blessed Sacrament.
